Please make note of your Sales Order #.

It begins with "S" and has five numbers after (e.g. S12345).

    You will need it for the next step.

Don't have a Sales Order #?   Check your email for your order confirmation.

You can also find it under "My Account" and then "Sales Orders" by clicking your name on the upper right.

Our pick-up window is between 10AM and 1PM.    No matter what time you select above, feel free to come at any time within this 3-hour window.

Upon arrival, please follow cones and signage so that your passenger door is adjacent to our loading dock.    There is no need to back in.   Occasionally there is a small line, but rest assured our amazing staff will get you in and out as expeditiously as possible!

If possible, please bring your confirmation receipt to help us quickly find your order.  This will be attached in your order confirmation email.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, you can go to "My Account" under your name on the upper right and go to "Sales Orders".    Click the order you wish to pick-up and click the blue box to print the receipt.
